Refund and Returns Policy

Freshness Guarantee

We take pride in offering fresh, high-quality dairy products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to assist you.

Return Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if there is a problem with the product, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a return or exchange. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to resolve any issues.

Returns Due to Damage or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a detailed description and, if possible, photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will either issue a replacement or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items. Only products that are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging will be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact our customer service team at sterling@steragro.com within the return window. We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization. Please note that you may be asked to provide photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to get credited in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Process

If you’d prefer to exchange a product instead of receiving a refund, please let us know, and we will assist you in selecting a replacement item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns

In cases where the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other types of returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
